Bitter Melon

The Bitter Melon is a mythical crop which can be obtained by feeding the Rat Connoisseur. It was added in the second half of the Cooking Event.

The player can obtain this fruit through the Rat Connoisseur at the "Connoisseur Food Reviews" stand next to Chef.P.

The Bitter Melon crop has a thin, green stem, and grows out multiple branches where the Produce will grow. The Produce of the Bitter Melon is similar to a Jalapeno, but it is lumpier and longer, colour may vary from green to red, similar to the Bell Pepper, with a green stem on the top with a leaf growing out from the side of the stem.

This is the 5th melon to be added to the game, the others being Moon Melon, Watermelon, Cantaloupe and Crown Melon.

The Bitter Melon's design may be closely related to the unreleased Ice Cream Bean.

No matter how many branches the Crop grows, it will still only grow 4.

The Bitter Melon seed is collidable.

It is based on it's real life counterpart, the Bitter gourd, which is also known as Bitter Melon.
